Helpful staff, good location, everything was beautiful. Enjoyed my well laid out room, it had complimentary wireless internet, a dining area, and a kitchenette. Admired sea view from the window. Location: the hotel was just off the shops in town and the one shopping centre in town as well as Thames and the coast roads. Had a thoroughly enjoyable stay on Friday night, would love to return.

We recently stayed at this hotel and had a fantastic experience. The location of this place is absolutely stunning, with beautiful grounds and a view of the Thames estuary right at the water's edge. The hotel offers a range of services including housekeeping, grocery shopping, laundry, and even an airport shuttle. The staff were very friendly and promptly accommodated our request to change rooms. The room itself was well-appointed and had all the amenities we needed, including a comfortable sitting area, terrace, and dining table. We also appreciated the free toiletries and the dryer in the bathroom.
